Workshop Manager Cheltenham Up to £60,000 per year We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced workshop manager to lead a team of engineers at our clients dept in the Cheltenham area. Reporting to the Area Engineering Manager, you’ll form part of their depot leadership team at the heart of delivering vital transport services across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and beyond. * Salary of up to £60,000 per annum * Monday – Friday day shift pattern * 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday) * Training courses available with opportunities for career progression You will ensure the smooth running of the engineering function. You will need to maximise productivity for optimum service delivery, whilst providing strong leadership and guidance to team of 10 multi-skilled engineering colleagues. We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of heavy/commercial vehicle maintenance, a strong understanding of DVSA standards and experience in similar management or supervisor roles within the transport sector.
