Hourly rate: £21.86
As a Housing Officer youll be doing:
* Managing a patch of general needs properties across Devon
* Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
* Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
* Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
* Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
