The Role
As a Nursery Assistant with Completely Care, you will:
Support children’s play, learning, and development under the guidance of qualified staff
Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, and tidying play areas
Join in creative, play‑based activities to encourage children’s growth and confidence
Work closely with nursery teams to maintain high standards of care
Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements
No formal childcare qualification required – just a genuine interest in working with children
Some experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting is helpful but not essential
A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Willingness to travel to different nursery locations as needed
