The Role


We are seeking an enthusiastic Asset Administrator (Full-Time, Permanent) to join our Assets Team.

In this role, you will help deliver our Asset Management Strategy, ensuring homes remain safe, sustainable and meet evolving customer needs while supporting EPC and Net Carbon Zero targets.

You will manage and update our asset systems, including Keystone, ASAP and Cadcorp, and assist with land sales enquiries, landlord consents and other asset-related processes. You will support the annual survey programme, ensuring accurate recording of condition, RDSAP and HHSRS data, respond to customer and land registry enquiries, and provide efficient administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-focused administrator with strong IT and data skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer-centred approach. Experience with asset management or mapping systems is an advantage.

* £29,492 per annum
* Permanent, Full-time (37h p/w)
* Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee's contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
