This opportunity is based at the company's Newry office and is a Monday to Friday role.

Key Duties
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional service at the trade desk and across phone, email, and online platforms.
* Address customer questions and resolve any concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Support operational tasks within the warehouse, including order fulfilment, stock management, and processing deliveries.
What We're Looking For
* Background in a customer service, retail, or trade counter role.
* Experience dealing with telephone-based queries is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
* Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
