Head of Care - Residential Dementia Care Location: London SE6 Salary: £27,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced Head of Care to join our residential home specialising in elderly and dementia care. Role Overview: The Head of Care will support the Home Manager in delivering safe, compliant, and person‑centred care. This role involves leading the care team, overseeing medication management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, supportive culture within the home.
