We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Data and Support team, based at our Head Office in Newport on the Isle of Wight. This position is perfect for anyone who is interested in starting out in a career in further education. Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop in a busy working environment.
This opportunity will allow you to develop your skills both professionally and personally, working alongside our friendly team who have progressed within a similar role.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Having a friendly, positive and 'happy to help' attitude
* Supporting with queries from our teams including Training Advisors
* Business Development/Sales staff
* Data Team
* Answer external enquiries via the phone, email and live chat
* Opportunities to lead on your own projects
