JML JobMatcha are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator
đź“… Duration: Temp-to-Perm
⏱ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
đź’· Rate: ÂŁ15.35 per hour (PAYE)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to support day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous helpdesk experience to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming helpdesk queries and requests
* Logging, tracking, and resolving issues efficiently
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
* Communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and systems
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Helpdesk Administrator (essential)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
* Temp-to-perm opportunity
* Occasional weekend work required, supporting events such as football matches and concerts (paid as overtime)
