We are on the search for our next? Sales Manager at Wilde Aldgate, to join our busy and dynamic team. We would love you to have:
Prior experience in Hotel, Aparthotel or Property Sales is a requirement, ideally 4+ years experience minimum
Local market knowledge or prior experience of working in this location is required
People management skills would be beneficial but are not a “must have”
Experience with new business generation
Experience with Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments
Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Knowledge of customer and local market dynamics/trends
What you can do for us:
You will assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and attend trade shows and presentations to promote Wilde and the group portfolio.
Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.
Assist with the administration of the day-to-day property mgmt. systems (e.g.
Opera/Ideas/SiteMinder/Salesforce
Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.
Actively and dynamically promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.
Providing timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
