Pay rate: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales and service targets. Proven record of achievement in recruitment sales and management Digest and analyse financial reports and understand the position of the branch against financial targets. Experience in coaching and guiding a sales team. A proven track record of generating new business. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
