Outreach Family Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Liverpool City Council is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Family Support Worker to join our team and help strengthen families across the city.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families.
Work directly with families to improve outcomes in areas such as parenting, school attendance, routines, and wellbeing.
Support social workers in delivering tailored intervention plans and help prevent the need for statutory involvement.
Build trusting relationships and act as a key point of contact for families in need.
What we're looking for in an Outreach Family Support Worker:
Experience working with children and families in a support or outreach role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-agency team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
