About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with students in Years 10 and 11 who face challenges such as: - Risk of exclusion or disengagement - SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs - Barriers to learning due to language or communication difficulties You'll support them in and out of the classroom, helping to: - Build trust and confidence - Manage behaviour positively - Re-engage with learning - Achieve personal and academic goals What We're Looking For: - Experience supporting young people with SEN or behavioural needs - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Calm, compassionate, and consistent approach - A background in education, youth work, care or support roles is a plus Ready to Apply?
