Kitchen Designer wanted in Telford!
KBB Recruitment are excited to be working with an established family run business. The company manufacture and supply kitchens to retail showrooms and network throughout the UK.
Full time, permanent position, paying £28,000 - £30,000 basic, 5 days a week, inclusive of weekends with uncapped commission and bonuses.
Responsibilities
* To create inspirational design
* Ensuring all orders are complete, accurate and therefore delivered within the allocated timeframe.
* Regular communication with customers to ensure they are happy with the showrooms service, designs, and overall customer service.
* Allocating online appointment requests, telephone, and walk-in customers to designers
* Working knowledge of Sketchup, Layout and other software packages used within the company. Experience of other relevant packages is also considered.
* Previous experience in kitchen design including sales.
* Must hold driving licence
* Excellent timekeeping essential
* A proactive, self-motivated, and driven individual who is keen to contribute to business.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) is essential.
* A critical eye for detail and accuracy
* An ambitious attitude to achieve sales targets set by the Company.

* Kitchen design experience
* Inspirational and self-motivated individual who can build or train a team to consistently achieve sales/KPI targets.
* Experienced to working in a fast-paced environment. Organised, disciplined, flexible and be able to problem solve when required.
