Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your role will be pivotal in maintaining safety in the pool and on the flumes, while also delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Lifeguard, you’ll not only monitor the pool but also promote and run engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for our guests. Whether you’re a seasoned lifeguard or just starting out, we’ve got you covered! If you don’t have a lifeguard qualification yet, we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course.
This permanent position offers a variety of shifts between 8:30 AM - 9 PM, with full-time hours available. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
* Monitor pool activities and maintain a vigilant watch during busy times.
* Engage with guests and provide top-notch customer service.
* Promote and facilitate fun poolside activities.
* Work collaboratively with your team while also being able to supervise independently.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Strong swimming skills and attention to detail.
* Previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, but not required.
* Willingness to complete the NPLQ course if not already certified.
* Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
Working Conditions
Our business operates 7 days a week, so your ability to adapt to various shifts is crucial. You’ll be part of a supportive team, but there will be times when you’ll take charge of supervising areas independently.
