We are currently recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher to support a welcoming and well-resourced school in the Brentwood area. The school is ideally looking for a January start, with a preference for someone available full-time, although part-time applications will also be considered.
Situated on the Brentwood border, the school is easily accessible via several transport routes and is known for its supportive SLT who will be there to guide and assist you every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
* Teach and support a Year 2 class as the class teacher
* Nurture pupils and model positive behaviour
* Create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong KS1 experience, particularly within Year 2
* A friendly, patient, and positive approach
* Availability on a full-time basis (part-time considered)
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering engaging lessons
* A supportive and accommodating attitude
