An inclusive and rewarding secondary school in Beaconsfield is seeking a committed and experienced SENCO to take the lead on special educational needs provision from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role is suited to a candidate with a passion for inclusive education and a desire to make a real difference.

What the SENCO Will Do:

Lead the strategic development of SEND provision

Coordinate EHCPs, annual reviews, and external referrals

Support classroom teachers with differentiation and inclusive strategies

Oversee interventions, tracking, and student progress monitoring

Train and develop LSAs and SEND staff
The Right Candidate Will:

Hold the NASENCO qualification (or be working toward it)

Be an experienced, reflective, and passionate SEND practitioner

Have excellent communication and team leadership skills

Demonstrate a student-centred, flexible approach to learning
