You would be working in a friendly environment, supported by highly experienced senior clinicians and CPD. Involvement in audit and service improvement is actively encouraged. This post is suitable for current B5's alongside students graduating this summer or who have just graduated. All new graduates are supported by the trusts preceptorship program.

Main Duties

As post holder you will work within teams of physiotherapists and assistant staff undertaking a variety of non‑clinical and clinical tasks to support the delivery of physiotherapy services to our patients.

As a physiotherapist on this rotation you will:

* Be responsible for the physiotherapy management of patients with a variety of conditions within NNUH.
* Assess and manage your own caseload, determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, and maintain records as a legally autonomous practitioner. Patients may present with complex needs such as multi‑trauma, multi‑pathology, altered perception and communication difficulties.

Participation in out‑of‑hours rotas for on‑call, weekend and bank holiday working is a requirement of the post, after full training and is well supported initially.

Participation in 7‑day rotas will be required and, in some rotations, extended‑days.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to attend face‑to‑face interviews. The interview process will include a face‑to‑face group task, a practical session and then set questions. No virtual interviews are offered. Bank roles available.
