Customer Service Executive We are currently working alongside an established manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The job is based in Mallusk. The Customer Service Executive will play an important role in driving company success by providing excellent customer service on a global scale. Customer Service Executive will be responsible for: Being the main contact for local and international customers, providing high-quality customer service. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining detailed knowledge of each account and its requirements. Managing customer orders and enquiries while coordinating with planning, logistics, production, and loading teams to ensure timely processing and delivery. Monitoring order progress, keeping customers and sales teams informed, and resolving any issues from order placement through to shipment. Handling quality concerns, raising credit notes where necessary, and supporting customers with order updates and stock clearance. Providing sales support including price updates, customer information for visits, and accurate order entry with strong attention to detail. What you will need to have for the Customer Service Executive role At least 2 years experience in customer service, handling calls and queries via phone and email Strong customer focus with awareness of client needs Skilled in administration and Microsoft Office applications Able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues Excellent communication, interpretation, and time management skills Flexible and adaptable, supporting smooth contract operations Skills: Customer Support, Administration, Customer service
