I am partnering with a high growth hospitality brand to appoint a commercially minded and strategically driven Head of Operational Excellence.
This is a pivotal leadership role, sitting at the heart of transformation, performance and brand delivery. You will define and execute the operational excellence strategy, translating business challenges into practical, scalable solutions that drive profitability, consistency and customer experience across multiple markets.

Areas of responsibility:
• Defining and leading the operational excellence roadmap aligned to business growth plans
• Using customer data and KPIs to prioritise initiatives that improve guest satisfaction
• Driving process optimisation to improve efficiency, quality and throughput across restaurant operations
• Owning operational readiness for new market entry and expansion
• Embedding continuous improvement frameworks that enhance speed of service, cost control and productivity
• Leading operational innovation, from equipment trials to time and motion studies
• Championing digital and technology solutions that enhance efficiency and engagement
• Leading end to end delivery of complex cross functional projects and change programmes
This role requires a strategic operator who can see the big picture, but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to ensure execution excellence. Experience within multi site hospitality, QSR or franchise led environments will be highly advantageous.
