A Lead Test Technician with a background involving assembly and testing of electro-mechanical components and systems, will join a thriving award-winning Technology Company in North Cambridge.Working within a dedicated team of engineers the successful Lead Test Technician will bring a range of knowledge to include fault-finding and debugging of electro-mechanical systems, assembly and SMT soldering, reading schematics and ideally some experience with optical assembly.
You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and test processes, ensuring the efficient production of opto-electromechanical devices.
The Lead Test Technician should possess the following:
1. A formal Engineering qualification (minimum of HNC/HND).
2. Familiarity across electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
3. Proven experience of Electro-mechanical assembly techniques.
4. SMT Soldering, wiring and cable harness assembly
5. Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and debugging skills.
