Recruitment Coordinator – Norwich
Support the British Army’s recruitment journey by attracting, consulting and engaging candidates throughout the selection process.
Responsibilities
* Interview candidates and consultively support them throughout the bespoke recruitment journey.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and measure service against targets and feedback.
* Attend and lead attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers.
* Work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army.
* Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Use the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
Qualifications
* Experience of providing excellent customer service.
* IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Desirable: familiarity with Army careers and/or recruitment experience.
