Secondary SEN Teacher / SEMH Location: Chatham Contract: Full-time, temporary to permanent Start Date: ASAP or December We are seeking a resilient and committed SEN Teacher to join a supportive team working with pupils who present social, emotional and mental health needs. The Role: Teach and engage vulnerable classes, including one particularly challenging group Deliver creative and engaging lessons to inspire learners Implement strong behaviour management strategies to support positive learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured environment Requirements: Experience teaching in Primary, Secondary or SEN settings Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Resilience, reliability, and adaptability are essential Open to ECTs and unqualified teachers with relevant experience SEMH experience highly desirable
