Moorcroft are an Investors in People Silver employer. The Call Centre Advisors will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers by putting their journey at the heart of our contact with them and assisting them to find realistic solutions to financial problems. We offer full training and you will also work towards an industry recognised accreditation plus the chance to work in a friendly team environment using state of the art IT. Successful candidates will: Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English Possess excellent communication skills Have a commitment to helping customers The hours of work alternate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis. The working hours are: Early Shift: Monday - Friday 07:15 - 13:15 and Saturday 08:30 - 16:00 Late Shift: Monday - Thursday 13:00 - 21:00 and Friday 13:00 - 19:00 There are local public transport links nearby. This role would suit someone looking to work within a customer service orientated environment or an experienced Customer Service Representative, Debt Recovery Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Handler or Customer Service Advisor.
