Your new company This service provides integrated mental health and wellbeing support across the local community, working closely with NHS partners, GPs, social care, and voluntary organisations. The aim is to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care for people with moderate to serious mental health needs who often fall between primary and secondary care. Your new role As a Recovery Navigator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with moderate to serious mental health needs who often fall between primary and secondary care services. Working as part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Integrated Network Team (MINT), you will help bridge gaps in care by delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support that empowers people to improve their wellbeing and resilience. You will be based in the local MINT hub but will also travel within the community to meet clients where they are most comfortable. This role involves building strong relationships with service users and professionals, coordinating care, and signposting to community resources.
