About the Role: As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon, your role will be pivotal in leading the veterinary team and providing mentorship to vets and nurses. You will have the opportunity to: Lead and inspire the team, ensuring a high standard of patient care and clinical excellence. Mentor and support junior vets and nurses, helping them build confidence and refine their skills. Play a key role in practice development, contributing to clinical meetings and service improvements. Manage a varied caseload, covering both routine and complex procedures. Have future career growth opportunities, including potential partnership prospects for the right candidate. What We’re Looking For: ✔ A qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with strong clinical experience. ✔ Passion for mentoring and coaching within the veterinary profession. ✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ✔ A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a commitment to delivering the best patient care. ✔ Interest in feline medicine is a bonus, though not essential. What We Offer: Salary starting from £60,000 (DOE) ⏳ 30-40 hours per week, with no out-of-hours & just 1:5 weekends (part-time applicants welcome!)
