Job Description:
Handle are partnering with this Manchester based media organisation who are looking to bring in a Senior People Analyst to transform complex people data into clear insights to drive strategy and impact.
Sitting at the heart of the People team, this is an influential role which collaborates closely with both your team and wider business functions. You'll be a trusted advisor shaping people strategy, from pay and reward to workforce planning and organisational change. Your analysis will help leaders make smart, informed decisions that drive performance and engagement.
What you'll be doing:
* Turning complex people data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders and teams.
* Leading on data reporting and governance, ensuring consistency and credibility across the People function.
* Driving projects on diversity, headcount, change, and reward, influencing strategy with evidence-based recommendations.
* Powering up the analytics capability by embedding tools like Power BI and advanced Excel
* Coaching the People Team to boost data literacy and confidence.
What we're looking for:
* A data storyteller: highly numerate, with proven experience in analysis, modelling, and insight generation.
* Someone who thrives on complexity but makes insights simple and clear.
* Strong communicator who can influence with evidence and clarity.
* Previous HR generalist experience is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to spot patterns, solve problems, and turn data into strategy.
You'll be part of a forward-thinking People Team that champions creativity, innovation, and inclusion. This is a genuinely people centric and progressive business environment, where you will be driving projects that shape the future of how we work.
The role is based in central Manchester, working on a hybrid basis 3 days in, 2 from home
If this sounds like you, please apply!
Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
