We are looking for an efficiency‑driven Operations Supervisor to streamline our workflows, maintain strict compliance, and champion our healthy food mission!
Role Mission & Key Responsibilities
As a core operational anchor on our floor, you will oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow for the entire team.
* Concept Oversight: Oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure smooth, efficient workspace workflow.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure all staff strictly follow SOPs, exact recipes, and specialty vegan food handling standards.
* Operational Readiness: Conduct thorough daily opening and closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
* Hygiene Monitoring: Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, and team personal hygiene standards.
* Inventory Control: Ensure proper food storage, clear labelling, temperature control, and strict FIFO stock rotation.
* Waste Reduction: Manage inventory ordering, receiving, stock control, and wastage reduction to optimize profitability.
* Talent Development: Train, coach, and develop staff with a sharp focus on building versatile multi‑concept skills.
* Service Excellence: Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly on the spot.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long‑Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage.
* Experience: Preferably with supervisory experience in fast‑casual or multi‑concept F&B operations.
* Certifications: WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required). WSQ Food Safety Level 3 / Food Hygiene Officer Certification (Preferred).
* Schedule: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on a 44‑hour work week (5.5‑day structure).
