Mental Health and Wellbeing College Facilitator
Location: Hybrid (travel to Everyturn offices as required)
Hours: Between 18.75 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible)
Contract: Permanent

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to travel across Northumberland when needed.

We’re looking for a female College Facilitator to help deliver and develop engaging courses and activities, both online and face to face. You’ll play a key role in supporting individuals and communities to build on their strengths, develop healthy lifestyles, and take positive steps in their recovery.
What You'll Do
* Facilitate peer‑led and group learning sessions, online and in person
* Support new students with enrolment and risk assessments
* Work with the College Co‑ordinator to co‑create new courses and resources
* Provide tailored support to help people access services and community activities
* Collect and collate data to demonstrate the impact of the college
* Carry out admin duties linked to session delivery and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Experience providing 1:1 and group peer support within a mental health setting
* Understanding of recovery‑focused approaches and community assets
* Strong communication, relationship‑building, and IT skills (Office 365)
* Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to Everyturn’s values of compassion and respect for all
* Willingness to travel and engage in continuous professional development
