Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Month-End Closing, Forecast&Target & Financial Control Support the month-end, forecasting, targeting, and year-end closing activities in SAP FI/CO, ensuring accuracy, CO allocation, FI activities and TR/Asset closing and Sales closing and logistics closing and Intercompany trading closing, and timeliness. Support to handle budgeting (General Cost, Marketing, Sales deduction), AR/AP, TR forecasting, and variance analysis for both traditional and e-commerce channels. SAP & Business Integration Ensure flawless financial data flow between SAP LE, MM, SD, FI, CO, PMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce). Coordinate order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, logistics execution, project management, and revenue recognition processes in SAP and digital platforms. Coordinate finance process automation projects and digital finance transformation. Process Design & New Business Setup Design and implement finance processes for new business models, new channels, or markets, ensuring scalability, compliance, and profitability. Set up SOPs for cross-border e-commerce finance, taxation, multi-currency, payment gateways, and reconciliation processes. Data Analysis & Business Insights Conduct data-driven financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to commercial, supply chain, and leadership teams. Build financial dashboards (using SAP BI, Power BI, or similar tools ) for sales, margins, logistics costs, and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Partnering Act as a finance business partner to sales, logistics, procurement, IT, and e-commerce teams. Provide commercial finance support for the finance treatment. Drive process efficiency, controls, and digitalisation across the organisation. Present comprehensive financial insights, recommending strategies for growth and profitability. Improve reporting by implementing data-driven dashboards and tools. What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Years of experience in SAP modules (LE, SD, MM, FI, CO, PMS). Proven track record in e-commerce finance process integration and new business setup. Strong data analysis skills; SAP BI and Power BI are highly desirable. Knowledge of e-commerce, finance, logistics, duty/customs, sales process, purchasing, and SCM. Proven understanding of business processes across sales, logistics, procurement, and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Agile, innovative, and process improvement mentality. What does success look like? 1. Efficient and Accurate Financial Operations Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings are completed on time, with zero critical issues. Accurate and timely financial reporting, with full reconciliation across SAP modules (LE, MM, SD, FI, CO, PMS) and e-commerce systems. 2. Seamless SAP & business Integration Successful integration of order management, payment, and returns processes with SAP finance and logistics modules. End-to-end visibility of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics execution processes in SAP. Automated reconciliation of sales, payments, refunds, taxes, and inventory between systems. 3. Established Finance Processes for New Business Models Finance processes, controls, and policies are set up and documented for new digital business channels, products, or markets. New business launches are supported by finance processes from day one, with no disruptions to operations, compliance, or reporting. Digital payment, cross-border taxation, and currency management are streamlined and compliant. 4. Data-Driven Decision Support and Business Insight Delivery of proactive, actionable financial and operational insights through an analysis. Key stakeholders use the provided data for better decision-making on pricing, cost optimisation, and investment opportunities. Root cause analysis of variances and profitability insights are embedded in routine reporting. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Partnership Recognised as a trusted finance partner by sales, logistics, procurement, and e-commerce teams. Finance processes are simplified, digitised, and user-friendly across functions. Actively contributes to process improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives. 6. Audit-Ready and Compliant Environment All finance processes pass internal and external audits with no major findings. Full compliance with local and international accounting, taxation, and reporting standards.
