A well‑regarded boutique law firm in London’s West End is seeking an experiencedLegal Secretary to provide dedicated support to aSenior Family Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a smaller, hands‑on environment and enjoys being an integral part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-level secretarial support for aSenior Family Partner
* Heavy billing: preparing, editing, and processing monthly bills; ensuring accurate time recording and liaising closely with the Partner
* Document production, file management, diary coordination, and client correspondence
* Supporting broader team activity within Family-and occasionally Private Wealth when needed
* Taking a proactive, flexible approach within a boutique environment
What we’re looking for:
* Strong Legal Secretary experience, ideally withinFamily law (Private Wealth or Disputes also suitable)
* Proven experience handlinghigh-volume billing
* Professional, organised, and confident supporting senior stakeholders
* Someone who enjoys being involved, getting stuck in, and contributing to a smaller practice
* Comfortable workingfully office‑based, Monday–Friday
