Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of 'Extended Life Solutions' for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has two opportunities for a Harness Assembly Technician to join our team based at our office in Staverton, Gloucestershire to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans. What will you be doing? You'll be utilizing ATP documentation and engineering drawings to build a variety of harness assemblies. You'll assist with identifying problems/issues, recommending solutions where possible to prevent reoccurrence. You'll partner closely with colleagues outside of the Operations department such as Quality and Engineering. You'll utilize Ontic's available training courses for self development and advocate for continuous improvement within your team and wider business. What will you need to know? You'll have experience of building harness assemblies or working with small components in an Aerospace, Manufacturing or Engineering business. You'll need to be able to read engineering drawings and interpret operation sheets.
