What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent knowledge through coursework or projects).
* Familiarity with web technologies like HTML and CSS is a plus, but not mandatory - we’ll provide training and support.
* A passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and configure web forms to support global product information and launches.
* Learn and use CMS tools to author and manage content.
* Assist in testing and troubleshooting integration points.
* Monitor form submissions and help resolve issues with guidance from senior team members.
* Provide first-line support for basic content and integration queries.
* Collaborate with internal teams and learn best practices for maintaining platform standards.
* Keep project tracking documents updated and report progress.
* Participate in team meetings, including prioritization and backlog sessions.

Requirements

* Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and willingness to learn responsive design principles.
* Ability to gather and analyze information with guidance.
* Interest in working on multiple projects and learning how to manage priorities.
* Awareness of Quality Assurance concepts and eagerness to apply best practices.
* Curiosity about front-end techniques and how layouts adapt to different devices.
* Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organized, approachable, and eager to grow.
* Self-motivated with a positive mindset—ready to take initiative with support from the team.
