We are looking for FOUR Enterprise Account Execs to join their business and help scale out the business. What You’ll Do Own and close complex, high-value deals with banks, wealth managers, and fintechs Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: navigating compliance, procurement, and senior stakeholders Shape go-to-market strategy for new products, segments, and growth initiatives Partner cross-functionally with product and marketing to drive pipeline and influence roadmap Act as a trusted advisor, positioning this company as a long-term partner to major financial institutions What You’ll Get Up to £110,000 base salary 100% OTE (Uncapped) 27 days holiday bank holidays, birthday leave 3 dependants days AXA private medical insurance, 6% pension, life assurance MacBook £500 home office budget £750 annual learning budget 2 volunteering days Flexibility to work abroad for up to 6 weeks a year Enhanced parental leave wellbeing benefits (Headspace, free therapy, Octopus Money etc.) Perkbox discounts sabbatical after 8 years What You’ll Need Proven track record in enterprise SaaS financial technology sales (multi-stakeholder, complex deals) Experience in fintech, wealth/investment platforms, asset management or financial infrastructure (ideally Open Banking) Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory environments Commercial mindset with consultative selling skills - established industry relationships is a bonus! High resilience, self-starter attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
