The post holder is responsible for assessing patient care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes. This role is for a specific group of patients as the Named Nurse and/or supporting the care of all patients on the ward.

As an RMN/RNLD, you will assist in managing and organizing work, ensuring effective communication, and supporting junior staff on the ward.

You will play a key role in supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, providing teaching and acting as a named supervisor.

Snowdrop ward is an 18-bed unit for older adults with organic mental health needs. We are proud of our successes and would be happy to discuss how we can support your career and the rewarding nature of this work.
