Key Responsibilities: Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion. Handling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts. Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers. Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook. Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date. Providing regular updates to clients and introducers. Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary. Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.
