? About the Role
Our clients are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Buckhurst Hill, Essex — someone who is confident, proactive, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.
This is a dual role in both sales and lettings, giving you the best of both worlds and the opportunity to maximise your earnings.
? Hours: Monday–Friday (9am–6pm), Saturdays (9am–3pm, with a day off in lieu)
* Handling high-quality enquiries across both sales and lettings
* Matching clients with their ideal properties
* Managing negotiations and closing deals confidently
* Liaising with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and solicitors
* Driving transactions through to successful completion
* Delivering a white-glove service that sets us apart
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in residential sales or lettings
* A full UK driving licence
* Your own vehicle (This is non negotiable)
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* An ambitious mindset and commitment to career development
* Excellent attention to detail and a natural customer-first approach
