HR Advisor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are supporting a growing organisation in Warrington that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their established People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a generalist role, supporting managers across a wide range of HR matters while contributing to the ongoing development of the HR function.

The Role
As HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures and UK employment law
* Supporting and managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues
* Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and best practice
* Supporting HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
* Working closely with managers to support employee development and retention
* Producing and analysing HR data and reports to support decision-making
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong generalist HR experience and be confident advising managers on a range of HR matters.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
* Experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently working towards it
* A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office
Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
