The Role: Fundraising Event Organizer (Family Events)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Fundraising Event Organizer to lead the planning and delivery of engaging UK Muslim communities through family-friendly fundraising events. From fun fairs and family walks to themed community days and charity Iftars, you'll be the creative force behind experiences that bring families together for a great cause.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute family-oriented fundraising events that appeal to all ages
Develop event themes and activities that reflect Humanity Care Relief's mission and values
Manage all logistics including venues, vendors, permits, catering, volunteers, and entertainment
Work closely with our marketing team to promote events through schools, communities, and online platforms
Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, mosques, and community groups
Manage event budgets and track fundraising targets
Ensure events are inclusive, safe, and welcoming to diverse families
Evaluate event success and make recommendations for future improvements

What We're Looking For
Experience in event planning, community outreach, or fundraising (ideally 1–3 years+)
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with a passion for creating fun and engaging experiences
Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds
Confident liaising with local partners and managing volunteers
Flexible and able to work occasional evenings or weekends when events take place
A genuine passion for humanitarian work and community building
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£39,332.66 per year
