Your new role
As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in management and optimisation of the council's property assets. This initial six-month contract position involves the following:
* Managing a varied property portfolio including commercial, operational, and community assets.
* Undertaking lease negotiations, rent reviews, and property valuations.
* Supporting strategic estate planning and contributing to asset management initiatives.
* Advising internal stakeholders on property-related matters.
What you'll need to succeed
* A degree in estates management or a related discipline.
* MRICS membership.
* Proven experience working within property and estate management.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
