Insurance (Non-Contentious) Lawyer (2+ years')
A leading international firm seeking a Non-Contentious Insurance Lawyer to join its growing Insurance team in Edinburgh.
The role will involve:
* Advising on a range of non-contentious insurance and regulatory matters
* Supporting transactional and advisory work across the insurance sector
* Drafting and negotiating commercial, distribution and outsourcing agreements
* Advising on insurance-related regulatory issues
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across regulatory, corporate and financial services teams
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to wider team initiatives
The team and work:
* A well-established insurance practice with a strong market reputation
* A mix of advisory and transactional work
* Exposure to a broad client base across the insurance and financial services sector
* Opportunities to work closely with colleagues in other specialist teams
Skills required:
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE (flexibility on level)
* Experience in insurance, financial services, regulatory or related commercial work
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commercially aware and client-focused
* A collaborative team player with an interest in developing their practice
