You will be teaching small groups of students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs, often combined with ASD or ADHD. As the school follows a tailored curriculum, you'll have the flexibility to deliver lessons that meet pupils at their level, both academically and emotionally. A focus on relationship-building, consistency, and structure will be key to success in this role.
