Brightwork are supporting Snag Tights with the recruitment of a fully remote working, Head of Social Outreach to build and manage their online community through social media and PR strategies.
Key responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive outreach strategies, monitoring performance metrics and overseeing PR activities that promote brand narrative and revolutionary vision.
This is a full-time position working fully remotely from home in the UK.
Day to day, you will;
* Direct the development and implementation of a social media strategy that aligns with the brand values of inclusivity and ethical actions
* Manage content creation and influencer partnerships
* Monitor, inspire and engage with online communities, fostering positive discussions
* Oversee PR initiatives, including managing agencies and a gifting strategy
* Collaborate with the NPD Team (New Product Development) and the Marketing Team to amplify messages
* Lead and nurture a social outreach team
About you;
* Possess a strong background in developing and implementing social media strategies that reflect brand values
* Have a proven track record in managing content creation and influencer partnerships
* Be skilled in monitoring, inspiring, and engaging with online communities
* Have experience overseeing PR initiatives, including agency and gifting strategies
* Demonstrate strong experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with NPD and Marketing teams
* Have experience in building a social media brand and communities
* Have a history of building and leading successful teams
* Ability to articulate a strong, impactful brand narrative and revolutionary vision across diverse platforms
