Combe Hay Residential Care Home in Scarborough is seeking an experienced and dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team.
About the Role
As Night Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and safe running of the home during night shifts. You will lead the night care team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained and that residents are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
Night Duties
* Leading and supporting the night staff team
* Administering and overseeing medication in line with policies
* Completing regular night checks and ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing
* Responding promptly to call bells and any emergencies
* Supporting residents with personal care needs during the night
* Completing and reviewing care documentation
* Acting as the senior person on shift and main point of contact overnight
What We're Looking For
* Medication administration experience although training will be given
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A calm and confident approach to decision-making
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
