We are currently looking for a Workshop Administrator based at our Garswood this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to up skill and develop through the company you will find more details below.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive and record fabrication requests for stock or specific contract items.
* Create and process Workshop Jobs in the system and add part numbers as required for contract specials and fabricated items
* Collate and report on workshop hour usage to enable management reporting.
* Process cut downs and equipment builds to add stock to the system and remove parts and materials used in the completion of fabrication and repair activities
* Manage Transfer of Stock between depots and workshop and change status to ensure accuracy
* Provide administrative support during stocktakes to ensure the GWK stock take process is timely and accurate
What You Need
* Proven Administration experience preferably in a busy workshop environment
* Attention to detail
* Problem solving
* Confident using IT systems
