Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday
About The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and safety-focused Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to join our Agriculture team at the Shobdon Hatchery. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring site compliance with health & safety and training standards, supporting audits, developing procedures, and conducting risk assessments. You’ll also be involved in onboarding new staff, delivering toolbox talks, and monitoring ongoing training needs. Additionally, you will have responsibility for providing cover and support at Caynham Hatchery when required.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and review risk assessments and procedures
* Lead site inspections and compliance reporting
* Support incident investigations and audits
* Manage hygiene and training standards
* Deliver training and competency reviews
* Liaise with other safety officers to share best practices
What You'll Need
* IOSH qualification (required)
* NEBOSH qualification (preferred)
* Experience delivering training (required)
* Internal auditing experience and knowledge of safety regulations (desirable)
* Experience in agriculture or similar environments (a plus)
