We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and leading installations to the highest professional standards.Working HoursMonday to FridayPay rate £14.42/hStart times vary between 8:00am or 9:00amFinish times dependent on workload/job completion37.540 hours per weekOptional overtime available on SaturdaysRole OverviewAs a Head Installer, you will be responsible for leading and carrying out loft installations safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will manage installations from arrival on site through to customer sign-off, ensuring every job is completed right first time.This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and complete loft installations to company quality standardsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionallyProtect customers homes using dust sheets and safe working practicesDeliver excellent customer service throughout every installationMaintain exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detailEnsure all work areas are left clean and tidy upon completionPrevent unnecessary revisits by completing jobs correctly first timeEnsure PPE, tools, materials, and equipment are used correctlySupport and lead installation team members on siteComplete all required paperwork, photographs, and customer sign-off proceduresCommunicate effectively with customers and office staff throughout the dayDaily DutiesArrive at the depot before 7:00am to load materials and equipmentCheck all tools, PPE, consumables, and materials before departureContact customers with estimated arrival timesInspect and photograph any existing damage before work beginsFit loft hatches, ladders, and architrave neatly and accuratelyClean all work areas thoroughly after installationRemove all rubbish and waste materials from siteDemonstrate completed work to customers and ensure satisfactionUpload installation photographs and report completion status to the officeFollow all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements at all timesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious installation or construction experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent attention to detail and workmanshipProfessional and customer-focused attitudeAbility to work independently and problem solve on siteFull UK driving licence preferredWhat We OfferFull-time, stable employmentOptional overtime opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow within the companyVaried and rewarding workIf you take pride in your work, enjoy leading a team, and want to be part of a professional and growing business, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
