Hours, location and working pattern
You'll be based at our Anne Conway House scheme, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern that supports both flexibility and teamwork. Your schedule will alternate weekly between early shifts (7:30am-3:30pm) and late shifts (2:30pm-10:30pm), across Tuesday to Saturday. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that works collaboratively to ensure residents receive consistent care and attention—whether during the day or evening. With Sundays and Mondays off, the pattern also offers regular downtime to recharge.
Compensation and benefits
You'll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days' holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually. You'll also benefit from a company pension scheme where we contribute 9%, and colleagues can contribute anything from 3% upwards. We are committed to our people’s wellbeing, recognised through our accreditation by the Wellbeing Charter and supported by an excellent management team, wellbeing champions, and mental health first aiders. We actively encourage personal development, with plenty of opportunities to progress your career and access ongoing training, including formal qualifications.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
