You'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts, ensuring daily prep and making each dish to specification.

What you'll bring:
* You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
* You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
* Good communication skills and a team player.
* Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of best practices regarding Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
