What you\'ll do
* Lead operations across multiple sites, delivering products and services that hit financial and performance targets.
* Set superior modes of working across teams and raise performance standards across the board.
* Manage logistics, fulfilment, and supply chain partnerships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
* Oversee service and support teams, including installation, calibration, and maintenance engineers.
* Own quality processes, ensuring conformance to ISO standards and industry accreditations.
* Coordinate IT, security, health and safety, and facilities management to keep everything running smoothly.
What you\'ll need
* Degree-level education in Engineering, with strong experience in Manufacturing / Precision / Quality environments in Metrology and/or Vision disciplines
* Proven track record in scaling operations, with hands-on leadership across logistics, supply chain, and delivery functions.
* Experience leading engineers at the coalface installation, calibration, and service.
* Excellent communicator, able to turn complex technical information into clear, simple directions.
