Regional Sales Manager (Ethnic World Foods)
Location: Field-based (Yorkshire / Doncaster and surrounding areas)

Overview:
We are seeking a driven and personable Sales / Account Manager to develop and grow sales within the Yorkshire and Doncaster region. The role focuses on ethnic retail stores, building strong customer relationships, opening new accounts, and nurturing existing ones to maximise sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit independent and ethnic retail outlets across the region to promote our product ranges.
* Develop new business by identifying and opening new accounts.
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and sales growth.
* Achieve regional sales targets and KPI objectives.
* Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to the wider sales team.
* Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
* Represent the company professionally and in line with brand values at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a similar role (FMCG / ethnic grocery sector desirable).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
